Well, “SISIG” is one of the greatest food creations by a Filipino. Let’s all say our “Thank You” to Ms. Lucia Cunanan for this wonderful and delicious dish.
Here’s what you need.
- 1 can century tuna or other tuna brands
- 2 pcs chili green
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1 garlic (chopped)
- 1 tbsp knorr liquid seasoning
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- Salt &Pepper
- 1 egg
-Separate tuna oil from can (will use it to saute onions and garlic)
-preheat pan, add tuna oil, saute garlic and onion, then add tuna
-add salt and pepper
-Set the flame on high, then add liquid seasoning, Lemon juice, wait for the tuna to completely absorb the oil
-on medium heat, add green chili then egg. Mix well and serve with a mayonnaise
